SHIPPING POLICY
Order processing time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Estimated delivery times Once dispatched, delivery times are as follows:
- Spain: 7–15 business days
- European Union: 7–20 business days
- International: 14–30 business days
Please note these are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier delays, or events outside our control.
Shipping costs
- Spain: €6.95 (free on orders over €35)
- European Union: €8.95
- International: €12.95
Tracking Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Customs and import taxes PawGlow is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties or taxes applied by your country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
